The self-service breakfast was decent, particularly with the availability of fresh fruit. The convenience of contactless entry was a nice touch for arriving guests who just want to get settled quickly.
The bed in the room was not as advertised. I specifically requested a clear setup, but there was a bar at the bottom, made for an uncomfortable night. The communication regarding the check-in process was a bit lacking-arriving to a locked door without immediate access can be frustrating. Several guests reported issues with the hot water, no way to start your day, especially when no immediate resolution is at hand. The absence of staff around the hotel can leave you feeling a bit stranded. And don't even get me started on the cramped conditions that can arise, especially with multiple guests. A lot could be improved here.

The food for breakfast was OUTSTANDING. It had central location close to Holyhead Library. The staff was helpful and caring, as well as host.

The location was marvellous for traveling around Holyhead, not far from the beach, and plenty shops nearby. Also, a maritime museum was not far.
All good.

Extremely comfy bed, exceptional and welcoming room with a view of garden. Plenty of facilities such as: an electric kettle, central heating and a TV. Plenty of food for a full English breakfast. Central location, not too far from Ucheldre Centre. Also - short walk to shops and the sea.

The hot dogs at the nearby Dolphin Fish Bar are an absolute must-try, packed with flavor that'll have you buzzing for days! My stay in the Single Room with Shared Bathroom was cozy, complete with a lovely sea view-just ideal for unwinding after a day's exploration.

I recommend the place. Had a really nice stay overall, the room I stayed in was spotlessly clean with a shared bathroom and comfy bed, for instance. The location was excellent to the boat at Holyhead port and the staff here was amiable and outstandingly accommodating. And it was also just next door to promenade and marina, the coast, and the water front.

We found the location to be convenient, just a short walk to the ferry port and a lovely promenade nearby. Our family room was cozy and provided a comfortable sleep quality for all of us. The self-service breakfast allowed us to start our day at our own pace.
The shared bathroom facilities could get a bit crowded during peak times.

I stayed in the Single Room with Shared Bathroom for 1 night. The bed was so comfy, definitely a plus for a good night's sleep! I loved the cozy vibe of the room and how clean everything was. The view of the sea from the window was really soothing. The self-service breakfast was convenient, but I didn't have time to enjoy it. Would have liked a bit more privacy since I didn't meet the host, but the key box made it super easy.
